Agency
We are more than happy to take civil court agency instructions by e-mail, fax, in writing or by telephone for the Ordinary Court or any other civil court proceedings. We will appear to discharge Proofs or Debates, conduct Hearings by prior arrangement including Proofs and Debates. We can, of course, uplift or lodge steps in process. We have extensive experience of attending Taxation Diets and we will attend interim Hearings in cases such as interdicts or preliminary Hearings and preliminary Appeals under the new Children’s Act.”
